Porcelain Fused to Metal (PFM)

Oceanic Dental Laboratory offers porcelain-fused-to-metal dental crown (PFMs) and porcelain-fused-to-metal bridge that can be fully customisable. 

We provide a number of different alloy materials for the base of the PFM. While our non-precious alloy is cost effective, our precious materials are most biocompatible and are suited to patients with high sensitivities. 

Oceanic Dental Laboratory can fabricate a variety of survey crowns, stress-broken bridges, customisable attachments, as well as varying metal and margin designs. Quality porcelain margins can be fired to a well-prepared shoulder margin, or ultra-fine metal margins, depending on your preference and requirements. Full-cast

A full cast crown, also known as a full-metal crown, is an efficient and cost-effective method of dental restoration, predominantly used in posterior teeth rehabilitation. At Oceanic Dental Laboratory, our full-cast restorations are entirely fabricated from metal alloys, including gold or non-precious materials. E.max®

E.max is made from a type of glass-ceramic that looks and feels like a natural tooth. When using E.max for a crown or bridge, a dentist will bond the dental restoration directly to the tooth for a natural aesthetic and strong fit with minimal tooth reduction. E.max is a cost-effective material we use to fabricate short span bridges and crowns and bridges.
