Booking a Pickup through Client Portal

Booking a pickup through our online portal is simple, and can be done in 3 easy steps.

Login to Customer Portal, select “Request Case Pickup”

Enter the number of cases your parcel contains

Select “Update”. Your pickup booking is complete!

Frequently Asked Questions

A courier will arrive either on the same day or on the following working day to pick up your parcel. Our couriers do not operate on weekends or on bank holidays.

 

Turnaround times vary depending on the item. Your order may take 1-12 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

 

To enter a case, you must enter a lab slip and package it with your case. Or, you can submit a case through or Customer Portal.
